a. The vehicle is to be returned in the same condition with the same fixtures as delivered to the guest;
b. If the purchaser has finance on the vehicle and the vehicle is now encumbered, it is the purchasers responsibility to discharge any encumbrance on the pre-owned vehicle and return the unencumbered vehicle, prior to 24 Hour Money Back and Price Guarantee being processed (fees and charges may apply);
c. Guest to request the 24 Hour Money Back or Price Guarantee in writing within 24 hours of the vehicle leaving the dealership (Order and Collect) or if the pre-owned vehicle is delivered to the owner, within 24 hours of receipt of the vehicle;
d. Vehicle is not to be transferred into purchaser’s name. Should the vehicle be transferred the purchaser will be liable for the full stamp duty charges as an additional charge;
e. The vehicle has travelled less than 100km and the vehicle has not sustained any damage or disrepair before it is returned. Any damage or disrepair may incur additional charges;
f. The purchaser will be liable for any tolls or infringements that can be attributed to the vehicle within the 24 Hour period;
g. The vehicle is to be paid for in full and comprehensively insured prior to leaving the dealership;
h. The trading of a vehicle associated with the pre-owned vehicle purchase; upon the guest relinquishing and signing over the trade-in vehicle, the trade-in vehicle will remain property of the participating dealership;
i. 24 Hour Money Back and Price Guarantee is valid for all ‘Greater Sydney Residents’; residents outside Greater Sydney will incur a transport charge to return the vehicle upon activation of the 24 Hour Money Back and Price Guarantee;
